Hosting conditions

There are conditions for hosting that must be read first:

• “MhamCloud” is committed to providing the agreed specifications and processing them within the specified period after receiving the agreed dues.
• The customer is committed to making permanent backups through his control panel, and “Tech Station” is not responsible for any information that is lost or deleted by the customer.
• The responsibility of the hosted site or application rests with the customer in terms of blocking it or the quality of the contents in full and their rights.
• It is forbidden to host the following contents or related to hacking, espionage, all harmful programs and viruses, or those that violate the Islamic religion or public morals, or anything that causes harm or threat to a person, or everything that contradicts the general direction of the country, and the violating hosted customer bears the resulting damage and full responsibility.
• It is prohibited to misuse hosting services such as: (sending unsolicited electronic messages or distributing programs via e-mail, or publishing messages to a large number of groups (spam), or publishing obscene messages, or threatening or inflammatory messages, and the violating hosted customer bears the damage The resulting result, and his subscriber’s services are immediately suspended with a fine, and he is not entitled to claim the rest of his financial dues.
• The consumption of system resources and damage to the server is under the responsibility of the hosted customer if it is confirmed that he has attempted to harm one of the servers or the consumption of system resources such as the processor, memory or network will lead to the immediate closure of the service without refunding the amounts paid and being fined for the value of material damage.
• The services provided to the client are intended for the client’s use only, as it is prohibited to share them with any third party or to inform any company providing the same services of our system and its content.
• The customer has no right to cause any damage to “TechStation”, and the contract is binding on both parties, and this agreement is valid, and each contract between the two parties is considered an independent contract.
• In the event of any sudden server failure, the host is not responsible for the lost files and databases in the event that the customer does not participate in backup services.
• The customer has no right to claim technical support for the installation and maintenance of programs, forums, magazines and all scripts for free, additional services with other independent fees.
• In the event that the traffic bandwidth exceeds the specified size, the service will be stopped automatically until the beginning of the next month, and the user must verify the size of the bandwidth used through the control panel. Its control panel, knowing that Bandwidth and space are calculated by the programs specified by the host.
• The customer is obligated to provide his required data correctly, such as name, address and all other required information on registration forms and requests on the “MhamCloud” website or applications and systems.
• The customer has the right to upgrade the hosting to a higher plan by paying the difference in fees.

Insurance

All our customers agree to protect “TechStation” from any legal prosecution, damage or loss caused by the customer to himself, to MhamCloud or to others, and the customer agrees to bear the full judicial, financial and moral responsibility for the damage caused by the customer, and does not bear “MhamCloud” compensates its customers for any form of loss resulting from the implementation of a decision issued by the official authorities (local or international) towards any of the customers.

Data protection

The customer must adhere to the security advice and instructions announced on the electronic channels or on the official website.

We are taking the necessary measures to ensure the protection of the confidentiality of all data and information, and this does not mean that MhamCloud guarantees the safety of customers' personal devices against any viruses or intrusions, as that is the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must not disclose his password, without any responsibility on TechStation.

Note: MhamCloud employees do not ask customers to disclose their password.

Price packages and subscriptions

Tech Station is committed not to change prices for customers subscribing to one of the packages in the event of commitment to the renewal date, and in the event of non-payment on the specified renewal date, the new pricing will be applied to customers.

Training on MhamCloud systems

• The customer has the right to be trained on MhamCloud systems, based on the subscribed package.
• In the event of more than one delay in the training dates, the training will be completely canceled for the client.

unsubscribe

The customer has the right to cancel subscription to the services or products provided through our online website only, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of payment, and “MhamCloud” is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of services or products allocated to the customer after he demands cancellation Subscription, and no amount will be refunded to the customer in the event that a trial copy is sent to the customer before subscribing to services or products.

canceling the contract

“MhamCloud” has the right to cancel the contract without prior notice if the customer violates any of the terms of the contract or the terms and conditions, and the customer has no right to claim a refund of the amounts paid, and without incurring any responsibility on “Tech Station”.

Use of credit cards

“MhamCloud” considers that the person who uses the electronic payment method to reserve or purchase one of our services or products is a person with full legal and financial capacity to use this method, and is fully aware of the penalty for the abusive use of this method, or the use of a method that is not authorized to be used by its original owner in In the event that we discover any violation, all services that were subscribed to will be canceled without any prior notice at any moment when the illegal use of the method is proven, with the judicial prosecution of the offending person.

Pre payment

All expenses related to “MhamCloud” services are considered prepaid expenses by the customer. The customer also undertakes to pay all renewal dues after “MhamCloud” approval to renew the service before a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the end of the service period. “Tech Station” is not responsible for any Damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of the service after the expiration of the renewal period. In the event of non-renewal, the service will be permanently deleted automatically, and he is not entitled to claim the stored data or files unless the renewal takes place on the specified date.

Legal and financial capacity and rights to change the agreement

“MhamCloud” considers any customer with it to be a person with full legal and financial capacity, and it is the only person who has the right to claim the cancellation or renewal of the service or make any modification to it, and “MhamCloud” is not considered to be required to make any change to the service provided by it to the customer without his prior consent.

MhamCloud has the right, if necessary, to perform maintenance on the servers. This maintenance sometimes results in downtime for one of the servers or part of it from two o’clock in the morning for a period of 180 minutes.

Amendments to the agreements

MhamCloud has the right to change, amend, add or cancel any part of this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. MhamCloud has the right to change, suspend or stop any aspect or part of its services or products at any time, including its databases or contents, and it has the right to impose restrictions on some features, services and products, without prior notice. and without assuming any responsibility.
